Packing and tracked shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Ciro’s Loft is happy to assist in shipping matters. We generally use FedEx or UPS ground shipping unless directed otherwise. White glove shipping is handled on a case by case basis under the direction of the buyer.
Please inspect immediately upon receipt to insure no damage occurred during shipment. If any damage is found, please retain the box and packaging and promptly contact us at 720.588.2043.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Item must be in a condition identical to that received and at our location by the end of the 14th day. Please contact us for return shipping address. Upon receipt, buyer will receive a full refund of the item cost (not including packing and shipping costs) less any credit card fees incurred by Ciro’s Loft. Buyer is responsible for all return packing and shipping costs. We recommend that all returns be shipped using insured and tracked shipping to insure safe and timely delivery.
