Gino Hollander

Artist Gino Hollander is a prolific American painter. He began his paintings on canvas in early 1960’s in Greenwich Village ,NYC where he set up his studio and first gallery on Bleecker Street. He began selling to notables like Jacqueline Kennedy, Norman Rockwell, and Steve McQueen. He moved his family to Spain in 1962 to continue developing his style. His success grew and he sold works in numerous galleries throughout Europe. He returned to the U.S.A. 28 years later. Gino Hollander’s paintings are honest and emotional. He has been described as a man with no ax to grind, he paints what he feels. At 90 years of age he continues to paint every day in his home in California.
